- Abstract
This paper introduces the implementation of Guo VI diesel quality upgrading and transformation in the diesel hydrofining unit of SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company, In 2021, in order to complete the requirements of upgrading the quality of Guo VI diesel and reducing the ratio of diesel to gasoline, the second reactor was connected after the original reactor, and catalyst gradation was optimized. After upgrading, the ratio of diesel to gasoline greatly reduced from 18. 2 to 6. 8, and the naphtha yield reached 12, 3%, in which the content of aromatics and cycloalkanes exceeded 55%, which was an ideal reforming feedstock, All indicators of diesel were better than Guo VI vehicle diesel standards, and the properties were significantly improved compared with the last cycle, The energy consumption during the calibration period was better than the design value and the value during full load calibration period of the last cycle, and the total energy consumption decreased from 278. 0 MJ/t to 248. 3 MJ/t. The successful upgrading of the unit greatly contributed to the structural transformation and development of the refinery, and created significant economic benefits for the enterprise.
