- Abstract
The article discusses gerrymandering and the reportedly hazardous impact of partisan redistricting on the 435 congressional districts in the U.S. as of July 2014. Allegations of U.S. Congress-related gridlock are addressed, along with information on political ideology and elections involving members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the nation's Senate. Redistricting measures in Canada and Great Britain are examined, along with American legislation and U.S. Constitution.
