- Abstract
In the world constantly from antiquity to the present day international conflicts are occurring and is leaving room for numerous discussions to access the study of these phenomena in different ways and also the same require solutions and one of the ways of resolving the different conflicts taking place in the world is the peaceful resolution of international disputes. International law, though in modern times, has a universal extension in some cases perhaps that not even coming to prevent different conflicts around the world, so we can say that the main postulate of the UN Charter which is the peaceful resolution of international disputes in some cases is not being achieved successfully such examples in recent years have been in the countries of the Middle Eastern region, Ukraine, etc. The international community even in the most modern times is essentially the Westfalian system. A special moment is when the states go to the international arena, here they interact with each other. But the problem is that there is no sovereign between them to lead them and create rules between them. In international relations all countries are aimed at realizing maximum interests. Maybe here is the source or cause of many international disputes. International disputes, in addition to occurring between states, can also occur among international organizations. All international conflicts are divided into legal and politics from here the means and principles of resolving international disputes even among international organizations are diplomatic and legal.
