- Abstract
Obligations and recommendations that derive from the international acts have contained a incentive resource on the evolution of inner legislation in accordance with the standards of prevention and combat trafficking with the human beings. One important obligation, which derives from the international law consists on improving the status of victim and offering assistance to victims of human trafficking by stressing out the phenomenon of trafficking with human beings could be prevented and fought effectively only if in the focus of measures there is the victim of trafficking. These obligations cover not only undertaking of legislative and administrative measures but also assistance, facilitating and receiving, return of trafficked person with no delays, physic guarantee of victims as well as inclusion of a legislation of those measures that offer consultancies and judicial assistance to victims, possibilities of compensation for damage, rehabilitation, etc.
