The article offers information on the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Utility Air Regulatory Group v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in which the Court limited the EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions under the Clean Air Act. It discusses the ruling in U.S. Supreme Court cases including Massachusetts v. EPA and EPA v. EME Homer City Generation L.P. regarding CHG reduction and pollution control.
