- Abstract
The study conducted on an overall number of 200 teenagers aims to highlight the results obtained in the t test of comparison applied on two independent samples. Participants were distributed in two groups: an experimental one, made out of 100 subjects without a criminal record and a control group consisting in 100 subjects with a criminal record. Results obtained according to the t test of comparison have not revealed any significant differences regarding the emotional intelligence level in the studied groups (t=.396, p=.695). Due to the analysis of some starting statistical indices, a higher emotional level has been noticed in teenagers with a criminal record from rehabilitation centers (m=95.8696) in comparison with the other group (m=90.7143).
