- Abstract
In this paper, a perforating mold with complex geometric parameters was fabricated by 3D printing technology, then a waxy perforating core was fabricated, and finally the core is placed in a sample mold to pour concrete samples. The results show that the complex wellbore fabricated by this method has high dimensional accuracy, and the perforation holes after dewaxing are clean. These features ensure the consistency of the physical model and the numerical analysis model to a certain extent, which provides experimental verification for the theoretical model. The application of 3D printing technology in experimental teaching simplifies the process of the establishment of the complex physical models, and avoids the weakening of students’ learning enthusiasm caused by the interruption of learning process, and effectively stimulates students'awareness of exploration and innovation.
