- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 57-year-old woman who presented for second opinion on worsening joint pain, progressive neck pain and dysphagia. Topics covered include the medical history of the patient, the findings of the physical and laboratory examinations which led to the diagnosis of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH) or Forestier's disease, and the treatment that the patient was recommended.
