- Abstract
This article discusses how child welfare professionals and program evaluators can use the Framework to Design, Test, Spread, and Sustain Effective Practice in Child Welfare to develop meaningful partnerships to build evidence-supported interventions for the field. It describes how the Framework promotes integration of evaluation with program and policy decision-making, and increases the use of research to improve outcomes for children and families.
