- Abstract
The Hall-Marks for Success in a Democracy Test (DEMO) that measures the 'hall-marks' for success in a democracy was administered to 57 Juvenile Delinquent girls, and their scores were then compared with corresponding scores from 461 typical high school students. All but one of the DEMO scores were significantly lower than for the typical high school students. It is clear that seven of the DEMO scores that are the 'Hall-Marks' for success in a democracy could be used to identify the potential delinquent, and then provide a corrective-prevention program in a person-centered high school.
