Abstract
The article discusses the misconceptions surrounding cyber-espionage that hamper organizational cyber security capabilities. Overestimating, neglecting, and ignoring are some of the most common misconceptions about cyber-espionage. It is inferred that recognition and correction of the judgment errors may help organizations to focus on the effective ways to strengthen their cyberdefenses.
