KEEPING THE MBA RELEVANT: REVIEW.
- Authors
Elmore, Barbara
- Abstract
The article focuses on how the Hankamer School of Business of Baylor University in Texas ensures the relevance of its Masters in Business Administration (MBA) program. Some of the criticisms against MBA programs are leveled against its recipients who are often described as out-of-touch, possessed of little work ethic and deficient of performance. The MBA programs at Baylor stay relevant and responsive by pushing students to regularly examine business news in "The Wall Street Journal" and professors lead students to ponder about their value.
