- Title
TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE SOCIAL CHANGE MODEL.
- Authors
KWON, SUNG K.
- Abstract
Christians are not called to build bigger churches. Instead, we are called to be better at being human--in communion with God and one another, as God has intended (2 Cor. 5:18-20). We will build better churches as we seek His kingdom and His righteousness (Matt. 6:33). We cannot divorce the teachings of Jesus from the methods of Jesus and expect the results of Jesus. Therefore, the social change model adds value to transformational leadership development to create a collective impact in our communities as we fulfill God's missional engagement on earth.
