- Title
MVAIC--UNINSURED MOTORIST ENDORSEMENT--GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of a U.S. court, given in the year 1966, in the lawsuit Beagle v. MVAIC. The court decided that a federal enclave ceded to the United States by New York State did not cease to be a geographical part of New York State and thus was within New York State for purposes of construction of the standard Motor Vehicle Accident Indemnification Corp. endorsement provision which limited application of the endorsement to accidents which occur within the State of New York.
