- Abstract
Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared by modified Hummers method. The chitosan/ graphene oxide (CS/GO) was deposited on the surface of fabric by using layer-by-layer self-assembly to constitute the CS/GO composite film. And the surface morphology, chemical composition and interlayer spacing of graphene oxide were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. And the surface morphology and antistatic properties of modified fabric were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and fabric inductive electrometer. The results show that GO and CS are successfully assembled on the surface of the polyester fabric, and the hydrophilicity and antistatic properties of the modified fabric are greatly improved. Among them, the electrostatic half-life of the polyester fabric which is assembled with 5-layers of CS/GO composite film and whose concentration of CS is 2 g/L decreases from 181. 54 s to 2.44 s.and the washability of the modified fabric is good.
