- Abstract
In the article, the kinematic study is carried out of a spatial mechanism, 3R type, of an adaptive robot, which is part of a robotic system, installed on a mobile carrying platform, having the purpose to orientate and maintain an optoelectronic device locked on a moving target. The kinematic study was carried out using the Denavit - Hartenberg method. The modelling was verified experimentally on a virtual and also physical model for this kind of system named "3 axis stabilized platform - IMOTION" produced by IMC Positive Business Solutions S.R.L. - Romania.
