European Commission, decision of 17 December 2018, Case AT.40428-Guess Online advertising restrictions within a selective distribution network, by which the supplier prevents the resellers admitted to the network from bidding on their marks and brand names as keywords for online advertising services, constitutes a hardcore competition restraint by object contrary to Article 101 TFEU.
