- Title
CUSTODY INVESTIGATIONS IN DIVORCE-CUSTODY LITIGATION.
- Authors
Levy, Robert J.
- Abstract
The article presents an analysis on the investigations concerning divorce-custody court cases in the U.S. It explores the trial involving the Daddio family, wherein the court has denied Ken Daddio's request for additional time with the child on the basis of the evidence presented by psychologist, family relations counselor, and court appointed guardian ad litem. It examines the strategy of judges to recruit psychologist, family relations counselors, guardians ad litem, and psychiatrists in deciding the custody of children of divorced parents. It also elaborates the difficulty of custody litigations because it is emotional and unrewarding.
