- Abstract
The article presents information on the social networking websites and the need of changes in the Fourth Amendment felt by the U.S. Supreme Court and Congress. It discusses the anti-wiretapping statutes based on electronic surveillance for obtaining evidence against criminal suspects. It further discusses the privacy rights of the citizens and the effects of the application of this statute on the individuals. It also discusses the constitutional rights and a trial on police misconduct.
