- Abstract
The article focuses on the evaluation of the developments in the application of U.S. human rights treaties outside the U.S. jurisdiction, in international courts. It depicts the review of jurisprudences of several cross-national courts including Federal Court of Appeal of Canada, the European Court of Human Rights and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom to determine a coherent standard in context to human rights. U.S. courts may consider foreign laws for their own jurisdiction.
