- Abstract
The article discusses access to justice in the U.S. and Florida as of April 2014, focusing on a report which claims that one-half to two-thirds of the legal needs of middle-income Americans go unaddressed. It states that sixty percent of Floridians seeking legal aid are turned away because there is a lack of funds or the applicants are not poor enough to receive services.
