The article presents a case study of a 20-year-old woman who had persistent hypertension. Medical investigation show that her blood pressure is at 170/110 millimeters of Mercury (mm Hg). Results of histopathologic examination show that she had uniform polygonal cells with perinuclear halo and eosinophilic cytoplasm and results of immunohistochemical staining reveal positivity for actin. Radio frequency ablation was done to address her renal tumor.
