- Abstract
The article highlights a report on the study of contribution of team practices in understanding resident burnout and focuses team learning behavior. Topics discussed include method of the study involves assessment of residents engagement with clinical team as engaging in learning behaviors; results indicating significant interaction between team learning behavior and individual learning goal orientation in predicting burnout; and discussion on lower self-reported burnout of resident in team .
