- Abstract
The article presents the case of a 44-year-old woman who has a history of cerebral palsy, seizure disorder, intellectual disability and hypothyroidism. The patient was bedbound, do not follow commands and nonverbal. She was brought to the emergency department because of increased lethargy over the days. The patient also takes medications including phenobarbital, topiramate, and levothyroxines. The article discusses a case of confusing administration of medication.
