- Title
Higher fine-scale genetic structure in peripheral than in core populations of a long-lived and mixed-mating conifer - eastern white cedar (Thuja occidentalis L.).
- Abstract
The article presents a study which aims at determining fine-scale genetic structure of eastern white cedar, Thuja occidentalis. It explains the methodology of the study in which DNA extraction and statistical data analysis was conducted on the samples of eastern white cedar from Canada. It shows that eastern white cedar populations have higher range of within-population fine-scale genetic structure.
