Architectural Bias Crimes.
- Authors
Kellog, Craig
- Abstract
The article discusses the issue on architectural bias in American publishing. It cites a constellation of contributing factors which are being considered as an exterior bias in publishing. Photography is believed to have played the most obvious role in perpetuating the imbalance. Interior bias is also pointed out by Sarah Amelar, a senior editor at "Architectural Record," noting that interiors sometimes get short shrift in the shoot of an entire building. Poor pictures are cited as factors.
