Implementation of various educational programs by MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Illinois at correctional facilities; Revision of policies to meet challenges faced by the correctional institutions due to overcrowding of prisons, frequency and variety of crime, frequent transfers of student inmates and inadequate educational aids; Expression of appreciation from successful students.
