Pharmacists’ work value case weighed up.
Abstract
The article discusses that the pharmacists’ union (PPA) made a claim for a rise in pharmacy award rates. They stated that there has been an increase in the skills, knowledge and responsibilities of pharmacists since the work was last evaluated. The claim was Fair Work Commission rejected, but accepted grounds such as HMRs and vaccinations for increased remuneration.
