- Abstract
In order to effectively parenting 0-3 years old toddler, childcare teachers should equip themselves with core childcare teacher literacy and the correct value. Based on the grounded theory and the use of the qualitative analysis software nvivo12.0, we encode the recorded text of the interview word by word and sort out the core literacy framework of childcare teacher. They are “education in parenting”, “parenting in education”, “natural penetration”, and “integration of education and parenting”. It covers the four dimensions of “teacher ethics and ideas”, “feelings and personality”, “professional knowledge” and “professional ability”. It proposes the formation of the core literacy of childcare teachers should include a top-level design, standardized childcare industry entry criteria. In terms of professional training, both pre-service and in-service training highlighting of the integration of education and nurture for childcare teachers is needed. In terms of practical ability, the professional skills training with the characteristics of the integration of education and nurture is also recommended.
