- Abstract
The article presents legal developments in marketing. One of the developments describes the case of the United States v. A-A-A Electrical Inc. and William T. Wilson, decided in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. This case focused on marketing companies bidding on projects in a manner which may inhibit competition and violate antitrust laws. Another development describes the case of Thomas J. Hennegan & Gloria Hennegan v. Pacifico Creative Service Inc., et al., which clarifies the statute of limitaions for damages in an antitrust suit.
