The International Journal of Business Communication's latest issue covers a wide range of topics related to communication in various contexts. The articles can be broadly categorized into three areas: communication strategies for gaining support from external stakeholders, the role of communication in workplace emotions, and communication's impact on marketing actions. The articles explore subjects such as volunteer recruitment, storytelling for non-profit organizations, crowdfunding, anxiety reduction in the workplace, crisis communication, worker burn-out, social media in business-to-business selling, listening practices in customer interactions, booking decisions, and the influence of physical workplace layout on coworker communication. The issue also includes errata announcements for previous articles.
