- Abstract
The article presents information on the Special Law 364 of Nicaragua related to the injuries due to dibromochloropropane (DBCP) which offers the defendants to move cases in the U.S. or in Nicaragua based on plaintiff friendly procedures and evidentiary mechanisms. The concept of master tropes of the rhetorician Kenneth Burke is discussed. The employment of forum non conveniens (FNC) dismissals and its prevention is also discussed.
