- Abstract
The article discusses research on the prevalence of missed care in community and primary care settings. The study explored the association of missed cared in community and primary care and care homes to understaffing and staffing levels. The influence of understaffing on the ability of nurses in primary and community care to provide adequate case and the need to develop missed care tool as an indicator of workload concerns of nurses are discussed.
