- Abstract
The article develops a develops a comprehensive, contemporary definition of environmental justice. Topics discussed include relations between environmental justice (EJ) relates to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) presence of EJ across Voluntary National Reviews (VNRs) submitted by countries on a non-mandatory basis to disclose progress made on the SDGs; and likelihood of attaining EJ through the SDGs.
