- Abstract
The article discusses several aspects of the electronic discovery (e-discovery) process and laws in Minnesota as of 2014, and it mentions what types of evidence are discoverable and must be preserved under Minnesota's Rules of Civil Procedure. Legal sanctions are addressed, along with proportionality in the law and attorney malpractice. Issues related to competent legal representation are examined, as well as electronically stored information (ESI) in litigation.
