- Abstract
The article presents information on the problems related to labor racketeering and the result of its wide-scale investigation. The need of drafting legislative-reform package and the role of American labor union leader James R. Hoffa and politician Robert F. Kennedy in this context are discussed. The reasons for the discrepancy, protections for criminal-defendant counterparts and the need of broad range of investigative tools are also discussed.
