- Abstract
This article discusses the importance of effective communication in managing the opioid crisis in Israel. It emphasizes the need for better communication between clinicians and patients regarding the risks associated with opioid use. Strategies for improving communication are suggested, such as written consent forms and providing culturally and linguistically accessible information. The document also highlights the importance of training healthcare providers in communication skills related to opioid prescribing. Additionally, a list of references and citations for various research articles and studies related to opioid prescribing and communication is provided.
