- Abstract
The article focuses on the crisis between individuals and organizations. The author discusses the change in the values of the work force and the environmental phenomena significantly affecting organizations. The author states that ecology is a science concerned with organisms and their environments, their interaction and the processes which change both. The author explains that the future survival of our economic organizations may be seen as a question of organization-environment interactions. The article also provides an analysis of organizations in the context of ecological systems.
