- Title
Where Do We Go From Here? Education, Best Practices, and Game Theory.
- Authors

- Abstract
This work evaluates the prospect of education in the United States appearing to be at a crossroad between ineffectiveness and greater production. The possibility of reaching educational achievement goals seem to be hinged on the navigational ability of teachers through proper choice and utilization of best practices, day-to-day and minute-to-minute. An evaluation of the importance and scope of NCLB is put forth, along with an examination of the value of classroom efficiency toward student achievement. This work moves on to consider the idea of a phase 1 of NCLB strategy winding down, with the possibility of a more balanced and specialized phase 2 coming from a relationship between current research, best practices and reflective thought, then considers a way forward through the lens of an economic concept known as game theory.
