- Abstract
The article discusses the staggered roadway layout for controlling gob-side rock bursts (GRB) at the Yuejin coal mine (YCM) in Yima City, China. The static stress joined with dynamic stress in coal seams in mines will result into a rock bursts. An appendix for the roadway stagger layout method which aims to raise coal recovery in caving mining is also presented.
