- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Argentina v. NML Capital Ltd. wherein a group of international investors sued Argentina for violation of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) of 1976. The court reportedly examined whether FSIA limits judgment creditors' scope of discovery in post-judgement execution proceedings against a foreign sovereign. Also tackled are the historical background of Argentina's default and NML Capital's procedural case.
