An essay is presented on Guantánamo as a teaching tool in clinical law. The author explains the ways in which a Guantánamo detainee in Cuba is represented in a terrible clinical case and how the cases presents twists on old clinical-pedagogical themes. The author also provides recollections from his former students who worked on the terrorism case of Murat Kurnaz.
