- Abstract
The article discusses the results of The Commonwealth Fund survey which showed a decline in the uninsured rate for working-age Hispanic American at the end of the first open-enrollment period of the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Topics discussed include the decline concentrated among the young and the poor groups and decline in the uninsured rate for non-Hispanic white adults.
