The article describes a case of hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm presenting as hemophilia treated with coil embolization of the aneurysm sac in a 65-year-old man. Two 5-millimeter nester coils were used to coil the aneurysm sac. Information on other treatment modalities for hepatic artery aneurysms (HAA) is also provided.
