- Abstract
The article offers information on a research study conducted in Uganda related to the laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of diseases in Gall bladder and appendix. As mentioned, appendectomy extracorporeal was found to be a safe and cost effective technique and shows effective results of the treatment and quick recovery of the patients. As stated, there is a need of training of surgeons to ensure patients safety.
