The article offers updates related to the pharmaceutical industry in Canada. Sanofi-aventis Canada Inc. advises health care professionals that the intravenous injection Anzemet has been withdrawn from the market beginning May 10, 2011. It states that Docusate Sodium Capsules USP have been recalled due to a possible contamination of Cronobacter sakazakii. Also, Tanta Pharmaceuticals Inc. issued an immediate voluntary recall to Junior Aceteminophen Tablets due to faulty child-resistant packaging.
