- Title
THREE-YEAR DEAL COULD PROTECT AfC.
- Abstract
The article reports that Unison organization will consider pushing for a three-year pay deal in a bid to protect the Agenda for Change pay system in Great Britain. According to its chief pay negotiator, Mike Jackson, they need to consider how they can defend their national agreement when the government seems to terminate the National Health Service. Moreover, head of health Karen Jennings asserts that a three-year deal would give unions some relief to make progress in other areas.
