- Abstract
The article reports on the dismissal of the medical malpractice lawsuit against nurse Karen Edwardson by the Crown Prosecution Service in Great Britain. She allegedly failed to supervise nursing student Rebecca Riley who accidentally killed a patient as a result of an injection. The case against her was dropped due to insufficient evidence. Riley can return to her training following a revised program including regular monitoring.
