- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old man with cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhoea and idiopathic left sphenoid meningoencephalocele who was treated with the intrathecal fluorescein (IF). Topics discussed include the assessment of the outcome of low-dose IF on CSF leak repair through endoscopic surgery, the administration of several drugs such as dexamethasone, and the observation on the neurologic dysfunction in patient.
