- Abstract
In the article are presented the ways of mobbing interventions on the personal and organizational level. Different strategies, which are used for diminishing mobbing are presented and observed. It is marked, that the choice of the intervention way depends on mobbing as discrimination in employee relations stage development, intensity and the participants of the conflict. In the article there is presented a model of mobbing as an intervention in employee relations.
